This badge certifies that the holder successfully completed the Nottingham Advantage Award module 'Computer Science Mentoring Scheme'. The Nottingham Advantage Award gives students the opportunity to develop essential life and work based skills, through the completion of extracurricular modules. Students will have developed an understanding of the role of mentor and skills needed to be effective in this role, and provide academic and pastoral support to first year students. The module will have given students the opportunity to reflect on the experience and skills gained through their mentor role.
