This badge certifies attendance at the Accelerated Career Leader Programme which is a Career Development programme for MSc students at Nottingham University Business School. Work required to obtain this badge included completion of ten training videos which outlined a range of career planning and self reflection methodologies. In addition to this, participants undertook a self reflection Values-based Indicator assessment questionnaire, a personality profiling assessment and undertook an overall reflection on what they learned about themselves, their skills, personality, values and motivations.
