Company Based Challenge 2024 - Human Resource Management

This badge certifies participation in the Company Based Challenge 2024, with Sumo Digital. This challenge is part of the 'Contemporary Developments in HRM/OB module for students studying MSc Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at Nottingham University Business School . In order to be awarded this badge, students work on a live brief from Sumo Digital, acting as HR consultants to conduct research and present their recommendations to the company. In addition, they attend mentoring sessions, attend and actively engage in the final company presentation, submit an updated CV showcasing this experience and complete written reflections on their skill development and learnings from taking part in the Challenge.
