Future Leaders: completer

This qualification is for those who have completed our Careers and Employability Service Future Leaders professional development course. This badge is awarded to students who have successfully completed our professional development course to realise their potential as a future leader and progress towards their goals. The award supports the development of self-leadership abilities and supports to identify effective strategies for adopting a successful self-leadership mindset, playing to strengths, building a professional network and identifying opportunities, showcasing talents and experience via a CV or application form, impressing at interviews or assessment centres and maintaining wellbeing while seeking employments. Students also spoke with a panel of UoN alumni about their experiences of their careers.
